Looking Better Requires Strong Dedication

Shaun T is someone I have looked up to for a long time. Ever since I heard about the Insanity program and tried it, I knew that he was the type of person who could help me get to where I wanted to be. I was a pretty scrawny kid who ballooned up to 210 pounds in college because of poor habits. I was able to lose a good bit of it, and the Insanity program helped get me in even better shape. When I took a look at the T25 schedule, which is his new program, I knew that I wanted to try it for myself.

The part that I liked best about it was the time factor. It seems I am always trying to find the time to go to the gym, but it just never materializes. I do go at least once a week, but I have always known that was not enough. I decided to look into something like the Insanity program, since I was able to do that from home, which is how I found out about the T25 fitness program. All it took was looking at some before and after pictures, and I knew that I wanted to try it for myself.

I knew that it was going to be hard work, but that is something I was willing to give since I could do the daily program from home in 25 minutes. Carving out two hours for the gym is hard, but it was easy to get an extra 25 minutes at home. I started it a few weeks ago, and I am not looking back at all. I am so pleased with the results that I am seeing now, and I now know that working out at home is what is going to keep me on track.
